Fractional CFO - Part-time
On behalf of our client, Procom is currently seeking a Fractional CFO to help the client to establish the financial framework, strategy and roadmap. The client is the industry leader in their own domain.
Fractional CFO Job Duties:
- Direct accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Recommend improvements to ensure the integrity of a company's financial information
- Oversee financial systems implementations and upgrades
- Manage or oversee the relationship with independent auditors
- Strategically manage the Accounting and Finance functions
- Provide strategical insights to CEO, identify opportunities in business
- Identify and manage business risks and insurance requirements
Fractional CFO Mandatory Skills:
- Must be able to interact clearly and effectively in a fast-changing environment with excellent written and verbal skills
- CPA designation or similarly regarded designation
- Proficiency in accounting software and other computer software
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in a senior accounting/finance position
- Must have great interpersonal, communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
Fractional CFO Assignment Length
4 Months to start with, Part-Time, 1 Day (8 hours) Per week
