Summing it up.
Maintenance is responsible for general maintenance and minor repairs to the Resort and its surrounding grounds.
What you'll be doing.
- Maintain grounds, rooms/suites and buildings.
- Operate and maintain all equipment, including preventative maintenance.
- Document pool and hot tub maintenance and chemical balancing.
- Adhere to health & safety standards.
Who you are.
- Knowledge of best practices from working within a luxury property is an asset.
- Painting and dry walling experience is an asset.
- Dedication to the guest experience and resort cleanliness.
- Solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems, etc.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
