Agilus is recruiting for a Customer Service Liaison in the home renovation/construction industry in Victoria, British Columbia.
Our client is looking for a full-time permanent 'Customer Service Liaison' - the point person to keep everyone on the same page and everyone happy! A combination of in-office & on-site client visits will keep your day fresh & busy! Well established and solid local company with very good compensation package and a strong, fun team atmosphere!
A day in the life:

• point person for all things regarding installations - organization is key
• priority is making sure the customers are happy!
• use of the company vehicle for client visits
• includes a combination of client site visits and in-office work
• follow up on questions/requests between client/installers/designers for numerous installations

Requirements:

• experience & knowledge in home construction / renovations
• superb customer service skills
• excellent communication & organizational skills
• possess a valid driver's license
• non-smoker
