DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet all guests and offer information regarding the facility, events and promotions
- Build and maintain relationships with guests through personal attention, ensuring all needs are met
- Work alongside our Table Games Management team, marketing team and other team members to develop strategies and tactics to drive the success of our Prive Room
- Attend VIP events and act as a professional representative of our company
- Propose improvements to the floor plan and gaming mix; implements changes as directed
- Communicate effectively with all appropriate departments
- Respond to, resolve or escalate issues as required
- Comply with licensing laws, health and safety and all other regulations
- Assist with various VIP initiatives including event planning, tournaments, and complimentary Food & Beverage offerings
- Perform other duties as assigned or directed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in a guest facing role
- Proven outstanding guest service skills, demonstrated by a passion for providing excellent service to our internal and external guests.
- Solid understanding of Slots and Table Games operations
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain the highest standards of professionalism, ethics and attitude toward guests, clients and other associates
- Must have superior verbal and written communication skills; problem solving abilities

- Ability to be self motivated and demonstrate a superior work ethic
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with flexible days and hours
- Valid driver's license and transportation
