As a Manager IS Solutions Services for Digital Solutions, you will have the opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio. Primarily focused on leading a application development teams to deliver digital solutions through the inception, build and implementation within Discipline Agile Framework and in the operational support of technology solutions.
Manager, IS Solutions Services, Digital Solutions Job Description:
• Experience designing and implementing self-service digital solutions in enterprise environment (3 years min.)
• Managing the delivery of digital solution initiatives with project management skills (i.e. planning, tracking, monitoring, budget, time
• Knowledge and experience with implementing some of the following technology solutions like OpenText, Kofax, SharePoint, Automation Anywhere and Blue Prism.
• Experience in delivering digital online self-service channels solutions such as chatbots/live chat, mobile applications, SMS, web content solutions, modern web applications and front end development.
• Knowledge and experience in interaction design, managing user experience professionals, and modern development practices (i.e. DevOps).
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
