YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Answering customer queries/concerns via phone and email
  • Creating and responding to tickets in our Customer Support System
  • Adhering to ticket SLA policies to ensure resolutions are reached promptly
  • Performing technical troubleshooting
  • Beginning the warranty process and assessing warranty claims
  • Accepting and processing orders with customers via phone call and email
  • Processing customer returns
  • Applying refunds to orders due to promotions, returns, and cancellations
  • Processing cancellations for Amazon and Shopify orders
  • Troubleshooting shipment/tracking exceptions and determining the appropriate course of action

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Superb communication skills (oral and written)
  • Creative problem-solving skills and confidence to resolve conflicts that may require analysis or interpretation
  • Fast learner of new technology and comfortable with a change driven business
  • Open to learning and taking on other tasks and responsibilities
  • Minimum 1-year customer service/support experience
  • FreshDesk or ZenDesk experience is an asset but not required
