Come work as an Accounts Receivable Administrator for our amazing team! Agilus is recruiting for an Accounts Receivable Administrator in the construction industry in Vancouver, British Columbia. Our client is looking for an Accounts Receivable Administrator to join their office in Delta, BC. This is a full-time, permanent role, Monday to Friday 8am-4pm. The ideal candidate will be an administrative professional with accounting experience, a team player and fantastic communication skills. Responsibilities:
- Billing and invoicing completed work orders
- Dealing with accounts receivable
- Managing records, filing, photocopying, data entry etc.
- 3 years of office administration experience
- Accounts receivable, auditing and/or booking keeping experience
- Exceptional communication skills
- Able to use MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Salary: $50k per year
- Full-time (Monday to Friday), permanent role at their Delta location
