Classification: Human Resources (HR) Manager

Our client in South Surrey is expanding and hiring an HR Generalist to join their team at their head office. This role will work closely with the Accounting and Administrative Manager, and the successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of Human Resources, full cycle recruiting, policy and procedure management, team member relations, employee benefits, and various other HR matters. The Human Resources Generalist must be organized, have the capability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, multitask and problem solve. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and be able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
The successful candidate will have a post-secondary degree in HR, their CPHR, and 3+ years of progressive HR experience. Additional requirements include strong organizational and time management skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, being professional, highly motivated and a self-starter, and you must have the ability to work collaboratively within a tight-knit environment.
