Title: Human Resources Administrative Assistant
Reports To: Human Resources Manager
Job Summary & Impact:
The HR Administrative Assistant's function is to provide support to the HR team who are responsible for the company's HRIS, recruitment, retention, performance management, education and training, etc. The position has a direct impact on the company's culture, finances, morale and the health and safety of the entire team. Key responsibilities include updating the HRIS, preparing letters, personnel filing, preparing for events/giveaways, formatting of documents, memo creation, onboarding, processing survey results, recruitment and more!

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle recruitment, from job posting to interviewing and hiring
- Representing the company at job fairs by engaging the public and promoting the company brand and careers in a positive outgoing manner
- Attend and assist in coordinating company events which is a huge part of the Para Space culture and retention
- Promote education and in-house education through proactive texts and performance letters
- Review and track daily personnel reports and ensure a smooth onboarding process of new employees within their first 3 months
- Manage training and development through skills development program
- Compile performance letters (start, 3 months, 6 months, semi-annual, annual)
- Communicate with supervisors and managers on a regular basis to ensure HR functions are upheld
- New Worker orientation prep, must run new worker orientation as a substitute
- Create 360s for supervisors to ensure feedback is provided for improvement
- You may be involved with other miscellaneous tasks/projects as required
General:
- Work cooperatively to foster a harmonious working relationship with all co-workers
- You would be responsible for completing reports and other paperwork as associated with these projects and as assigned.
- You would be required to complete weekly task lists and schedules and would have weekly meetings with your manager
- You would be required to report to your manager an EDR (end of day report) outlining all the tasks and hours spent for the day
- You are encouraged to participate in ad hoc managerial committees whose purpose is to advance our company
Training and Education:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous customer service and administrative experience required
- Proficient with MS Office software (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
Qualifications:
- Punctual, trustworthy and reliable
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong business correspondence writing skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, and deliver timely results
- Positive and professional team attitude
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail and time management/organizational skills
Compensation, Work Environment & Perks:
- Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm (evenings and weekends as required)
