As the new Corporate Dental Hygienist, you will:
- Collaborate with sales teams to provide ongoing promotion of digital dentistry solutions.
- Provide expertise in training on the benefits of dental technology in a clinical practice.
- Nurture networks in dental care-related organizations and stay updated on industry trends and changes in dental/ hygienist practice.
- Foster relationships with practices, assist in the implementation of digital technology and refining of office processes.

- Be a consultative mentor. You have clinical training, certification, and are registered as a Dental Hygienist with 6+ years of experience working in the dental industry. You can therefore provide insight into the practice, and training on the benefits of modern dental technology.
- Be a strategist. You are a planner who can manage and prioritize multiple demands, respond to change, and operate with agility. You have outstanding problem-solving skills and an ability to leverage your industry and clinic experience to gain trust and drive results.
- Be a collaborative communicator. You have exceptional oral, written, and presentation skills. You are cooperative and can influence decision-makers to adopt the solutions you present and maximize their efficiency, customer service and growth.
- Be flexible. You have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and access to a vehicle. You are willing and able to travel within your region (B.C and the Prairies) 25 to 50% of the time, occasionally in the evenings or overnight.
