Agilus is recruiting for a Client Service Representative in the insurance industry in Vancouver, British Columbia.
Our client is looking for individuals that have outstanding communication and teamwork skills. They must also be detail-oriented, organized and have a good attitude.
Responsibilities:

• Process licensing and other transactions through outstanding customer service
• Cash handling
• Accurately enter various information into database
• Handle all customer enquiries/requests in a patient and friendly manner

Successful candidates will have:

• Valid Class 5 required or 'N' driver
• Must have lived in Canada for 10 years
• Clear communication
• Focus and attention to detail
• A patient and calm demeanor
